Tell us what happened, which iPhone and iOS version you use, and your Warpy version (Settings → About). If it's about a widget, attach the log: Settings → About → Widget diagnostics → Share log.
To change what a widget shows, touch and hold it and choose Edit Widget. Add new widgets from the Home Screen, not from inside a stack's editor. The full-screen size (the Cover) appears on iPhone with iOS 27.
Warpy is free with up to three active countdowns, the Days, Bar and Battery styles and the System, Paper and Ink themes. Warpy Pro unlocks everything else with a one-time purchase, no subscription, and it's yours on every device with the same Apple ID.
To get it back on another device or after reinstalling: Settings → Restore purchase, with the Apple ID you bought it with. If you're one of Warpy's first users, Pro is yours forever at no cost: Settings shows "Yours forever, early supporter". Warpy checks this with the App Store, so the first time it needs a connection. Charges and refunds are handled by Apple.
With "Collection in iCloud" on (Settings; it's on by default), your collection, your own events and your favorites travel through your iCloud to your other devices with the same Apple ID. Open Warpy on the other device for them to arrive; it can take a few minutes. What you remove on one is removed on the others. Background photos don't travel: set them again on each device.
If you turn the switch off, what that device uploaded is deleted from iCloud and your collection stays only on it; if another device of yours has it on, it will upload its copy again. For it to work, each device must be signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
Write to soporte@warpyapp.com with the name of the event or game as it appears in Warpy, the correct date or time and, if you can, a link to the official source that confirms it. League schedules are checked twice a day, so many changes arrive on their own: the fix shows up the next time you open Warpy, without updating the app.
You fix your own events yourself, from the event. Those you brought in from Calendar or Reminders are fixed in the original, and Warpy catches up.
